Why We Love Our Home

Description

The opportunities to explore the BC Rocky Mountains from our base at Wasa Lake is a bit unique. Please take the time to review the photos, videos and interactive map. We have also recently partnered with a friend who has a ski-in/out condo at the Kimberley Alpine Resort, about 30 minutes away. So you can mix your exchange between the two properties. You can learn more about our property here: https://www.wasalakeresort.com/ Our home is in a recreational setting with an emphasis on function, not \"bling\". It is clean, tidy and well set-up to host small or large groups. We have the main house as well as a seasonal beach cabin (available late Spring to late Fall) which sits right on water\'s edge. During the summer season, we will typically be onsite as there are gardens and lawns to look after (or we will have a caretaker attending to these tasks). During the winter, there is snow to shovel and a skating rink to attend to, so again someone may be on site. Sometimes we might want to travel with our adult children and/or our grandchildren. We invite you to do the same! We look forward to sharing our home(s) and experiencing the world of travel.
